Who we are

We are a small team of brain injury case managers; our knowledge and experience enables us to assess and organise effective specialist support and rehabilitation and we do so on a very individual basis. We appreciate and respect the uniqueness of each person, with understanding of how brain injury can have very different consequences for each person, their family, friends, community, home environment and work place.

We have substantial experience of brain injury rehabilitation, care and support, gained in both residential and community settings.

Working closely as a team ensures that there are regular opportunities for client reviews, peer support and supervision. We share and discuss research based practice and relevant current issues at each of our clinical team meetings.

Within the team we have Advanced Members of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and members of the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK). We maintain memberships of Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT), Headway, Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), Alzheimers Society, United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF), Brain Injury Social Work Group (BISWG), National Association of Neurological Occupational Therapists (NANOT) and Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
